One of my now top 3 favorite Mexico destinations in the Yucatan Peninsula along the Caribbean coast.
We were fortunate to travel this year and getaway a bit to what I like to call a "piece of heaven".
From the boutique hotel we stayed at, the food we ate, the bike rides, the shopping, and seclusion.
We were able to enjoy 7 days of peace and privacy.
Its a Jungle out there...
Definitely my kind of vibe...so much so that we are planning on another Habitas visit. I mean, we even added 2 nights and had trouble leaving the place.
From the jungle vibes, easy-going Island time pace that I missed so much, it was no wonder I fell in love with every nook and cranny in Tulum. Plus, it was the closes thing to remind me of Roatan (My Father's Island). Traveling during a time like this was not as bad as I imagined and I started to feel some guilt of traveling, but we had to remind ourselves of how much we deserved to distress and take some time for R&R.
A Safe Haven...

Locations in Africa, San Miguel de Allende, and many other locations coming soon, we were so happy to have found such a beautiful and breathtaking place...twas definitely "Luxury for the soul" as their site states.
Vitamin Sea, Alone time in nature, outdoor showers, and living in a tent ocean front was just what our soul needed and what we marked off our traveling bucket list for this year.
Did I mention I brought back some Copal?
Yes, it is how we were greeted and a nice ritual they practice for cleansing your energy upon entering and checkin in.
For dining make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at their very own Moro's
The live music at night, the view, the comfy pillows, the wooden tables, and the open, all black kitchen that is so stunning!
Chef Horacio Dardano knows how to make a health conscious soul happy.
The staff is so welcoming and generous and service is phenomenal.

For showing us the beauty nature and luxury can bring to one's soul, or rather, the Luxury nature truly is to our soul!
We will forever want oceanfront anything when we visit again!
