RAW VEGAN CHALLENGE!!

Day 1

8:00 A.M.
Breakfast: "Power Juice" (Morning Burst)
In Juicer!
-1 Grate fruit
-2 Oranges
-2 Apples
After its all juiced add your juice to the blender and add a Banana!
~Enjoy =)
+2 cups of Water
*You should be ready for your daily workout
*I work out in the mornings its more convenient for me

11:00 A.M.
Snack: "Protein Bar" (Workout Queen)
Blend it ~Post Workout~
-1 Tblsp.Raw Almond Butter (raw,unsalted buy it @ Trader's!)
-1 Cup Almond/Soy Milk
-1ScoopProtein Mix Trader has a great soy protein powder & its cheap!
-1 Sp. Flax Seed <---Great Omega 3's and fiber (Trader Joe's)
-1 Sp. Oatmeal
-Mix Berries Blue berries strawberries
-Add Ice for frothier =)
+2 cups of Water
*This is a great post workout, this will keep you full!
*Enjoy it and savor it!
*Trader's is where you can find most of these items

2:00
Before your meal: ALWAYS DRINK A CUP OF HOT WATER W/ A SQUEEZED WEDGE OF LEMON; THIS WILL HELP YOU DIGEST YOUR FOOD AND HELPS YOU EAT SLOWER.
Lunch: "Veggie Good" (Rainbow Salad)
-Slice Cabbage thin enough for a great big Plate/Serving
-Shred 2 Carrots
-Shred 1 Beet
-1 Avocado
(Dressing) 1 Lemon, Minced Garlic, Olive Oil, tsp. Soy sauce.
Mix all the ingredients and add them to your salad
Toss your salad and add a pinch of Sea salt or pepper @ your discretion!
+2 cups of Water
*This is a yummy salad!
*Enjoy and serve yourself as much as you'd like!
*After your meal have a cup of warm green tea to give you a afternoon lift =)

5:00
Snack: "Fruit Bar" (Sweet tooth)
-Sliced apple w/ Almond butter
-Banana w/ Almond butter =)
-Or if your not too hungry Alternative; Handful of Almonds
+2 cups of Water!
*Notice you are eating EVERY 3 hours. This will keep your tummy satisfied.


7:30
Dinner: "Ultimate Protein" (Salmon 4 the Soul)
I know eating Raw and VEGAN is hard for some of you so I am going to add some fish in your diet only because it helps w weight lost. And its the best Protein and vitamin & minerals enriched.
-Smoked Salmon add Lemon, Capers, Olive Oil S&Pepper.
-Spinach salad w/ cranberries walnuts strawberries.
-(Dressing) Balsamic Vinegar and or Lemon, garlic, herbs, Olive Oil.
-Raw Broccoli add Dijon mustard if you want it w some taste.
+2 cups of Water
*You can eat Baked Salmon Slightly cooked if you absolutely need to!

8:00 P.M.
Dessert: "Night Delight"
~You've fed your body and Soul....and your healthy tummy.
~Now indulge in a healthy Probiotic (Lactic acid bacteria) AKA "YOGURT"
~With fresh strawberries and add a bit of flax seed or fiber =)

You have successfully completed your first day!!! CONGRATS!
Together we can succeed for a better body, soul and overall health.
Stay with it, Dont Give up! You will feel more energy Lose weight and improve your hair, nails, skin and body.
