Balance in Buying

When buying groceries I highly suggest to shop once you've had your meal. Doing so will help you buy the things you NEED not the things you WANT!
One of my favorite grocery stores is "Trader Joe's". I find most of my weekly
nutrition products there. From Vegan, Vegetarian, Organic, Gluten-free to 
Carnivores. There is NO isolation in these aisle! Shop your favorite fruits veggies
and frozen fruit goodies. My List changes depending on what my week 
looks like. Since I am a very active person that lives on the go 
on the daily. Some of my favorite things to shop for are my snacks
From Veggie chips, flaxseed crackers, vegan cream cheese, raw nuts, and 
protein bars I have a fun filled day searching for the healthiest
and nutricios selections. If you are looking to start a new healthy path I reccomend 
checking some of the products they have here. With a pleasant price range 
and various healthy selections, I am sure you will find some of your favorite
snacks in this treasure box. I recommend writing a list of faves and 
keeping it with you every time you grocery shop!

    First just want to say you are beautiful! Second question, how do you take Apple Cider Vinegar if you do? I've read/seen benefits of ACV but how do you get past the taste.
