Im making this easy for you guys to follow. I recommend you challenge yourself and keep a clean regimen throughout the week. Try and eliminate enriched flour, Red meat, Alcohol, Dairy, Fried foods, Sodium & Sugar.
Whole wheat breads are ok but to maximize your "Flat belly" results try GF items. 
You've had your time to indulge now its time to put the cookies, breads, pies, and all those holiday goodies where they belong…IN YOUR PAST!
