CHIA PUDDING


Almond Chia pudding and blueberries in the morning, are SO delicious. 
Heres a quick and easy recipe. This is a great way to prep for your mornings, especially those RUSHED mornings!

RECIPE: 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) 
3 tbsp chia seeds
sweetener if needed or desired.
1 tsp cinnamon 
METHOD: Mix all ingredients together and leave in fridge over night
