    1. haha I always get lemon in my water at restaurants because I think tap water in disgusting and it's the only way I can hide the flavor! Good to know it's healthy too =)

    3. Does the water need to be hot in order for these benefits to work? Does it need to be drunk hot like a tea or can you add hot water to the lemon and then let it cool? If it cools do the benefits still apply? I'm bad at drinking hot liquids.
