QUICK & EASY RECIPE//
Using Nutribullet for those rushed mornings.
I know juicing can be a little time consuming for some of you, 
so heres a great, beneficial, nutritious and easy to make!
This was my Greens Soup "Suanshine state of mind" you can definitely drink it 
or pair it with a healthy side (I chose gluten free toast w/ Avocado)
I needed a more filling bfast after 8 miles of cardio.
I know some of you might just have time for the juice and thats ok!
Remember you can definitely leave your ingredients ready the night before.
Prepare prepare prepare!

RECIPE/METHOD
8 Ingredients: 
-1 CUP OF KALE
-1/2 LIME OR LEMON
-1 SLICE OF FRESH GINGER
-1 WHOLE ORANGE (PEELED)!
-1/2 H20
-1/2 COCONUT H20 (ORGANIC) (NO ADDED SUGARS)
-1 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
*THE MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT….
-TURMERIC (ANTI-INFLAMMATORY)
*Enjoy!!!
Method: 
Throw all ingredients in nutribullet or blender or vitamix and juice it up and pour!
