FIRST THINGS I DO WHEN I WAKE UP. I THANK GOD FOR ALL MY BLESSINGS =)
I LOVE TO STRETCH WHEN I WAKE UP OR DO A LIL PICK ME UP YOGA!
IT HELPS ME START MY DAY WELL REFRESHED. I ALSO DO A LITTLE MEDITATION I LOVE TO START IT AROUND 5AM OR WHENEVER THE SUN RISES. ITS A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO BEGIN MY DAY OF BEING RE-BORN. SEEING LIFE WITH NEW EYES. AS IF ITS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I DISCOVER LIFE ITSELF. THIS IS GOING TO BE MY MINI LIFE COLLAGE. A RECOLLECTION OF WHAT MY DAY CONSIST OF DAILY. THE SUANNISMS I SHALL SAY ;)
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE NEW TO THE MOVEMENT. LET ME GO AHEAD AND TELL YOU A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT WHAT IT IS TO BE "SUANNY"
I LOVE LIFE THEREFORE I MAKE SURE I TAKE GOOD CARE OF MYSELF AND WHAT LIFE HAS TO OFFER. NATURE, MIND, BODY & SOUL. I LOVE TO BELIEVE THAT WE ARE ALL A SOUL W A BODY NOT A BODY W A SOUL. OUR AURA'S SAY ENOUGH ABOUT US. THEY SHOW BEYOND WHO WE TRY TO BE, WHO WE TRY TO HIDE. OUR AURA'S THE REALITY AND TRUE BEING OF OUR HEARTS. THE CLOSEST TO OUR INFINITE LIVING SOULS. OUR ENERGY IS WHAT LIVES ON. WE OUGHT TO LIVE THIS LIFE WE HAVE HERE, CARING, JOYFUL AND LOVING. I CHOOSE TO LIVE MY LIFE ARDENTLY, I AM A PASSIONATE SOUL. SUANNISM: IS TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE AND LIVING IT SELF-LESS. BEING A CONFIDENT PERSON, MASTERING YOUR DREAMS, BEING THE LIVING PROOF OF GREATNESS. GIVING HOPE TO NONE-BELIEVERS. HAVING RESPECT FOR ALL LIVING CREATURES AND LIVING ARDENTLY. BE AUTHENTIC, ORGANIC, AND ORIGINAL WITH YOUR OWN.

HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE BREAKFASTS....NOW IT ALL DEPENDS IF I HAVE A SHOOT OR NOT. I STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT MIGHT MAKE ME BLOATED OR THAT CONTAINS SODIUM.

EARLY MORNING YOGA/MEDITATION STIMULATION

EZEKIEL 3:16 LOW SODIUM SPROUTED BREAD IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. IF I ABSOLUTELY FEEL LIKE I NEED THE CARBOHYDRATES. BUT I TRY TO MAKE MY PROTEIN SHAKES PRETTY PACKED WITH HEMP SEEDS, SOY PROTEIN POWDER, RAW CASHEW BUTTER, BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, FLAX SEEDS (FOR OMEGAS) SUPER FOOD (GREEN POWDER) AND A BIT OF OATMEAL. I USUALLY HAVE THAT WHEN I AM OFF TO THE GYM FOR AN INTENSE WORKOUT.
ITS GOT EVERYTHING I NEED TO HAVE A FULFILLED AND ENERGETIC DAY =)

I LOVE CHANGING IT UP ALL THE TIME. THAT IS WHY I CAN NEVER GET BORED OF MY LIFESTYLE. I LOVE STIMULATING MY TASTE BUDS. I GO RAW, I DO JUICE FASTING, SHAKEOLOGY, YOU NAME IT. IVE BEEN ABLE TO TRANSFORM MY BODY FOR CERTAIN "LOOKS". ITS AMAZING TO SEE HOW YOUR BODY CAN CHANGE WITH THE REGIMEN YOU KEEP. THATS WHY I SAY "HOT WATER & LEMON" DOES THE TRICK FOR ME ALL THE TIME. NEVER FAILS ME. BLOOD PURIFIER, AND HYDRATES MY SKIN....I AM ALWAYS IN SEASON FOR PHOTO SHOOTS ;)
WHEN IT COMES TO SWIMSUIT SEASON SPINACH, GRAPEFRUIT AND BLUEBERRIES ARE MY BESTFRIENDS....IT HELPS KEEP MY ABS TIGHT AND TONED =)

THIS IS WHAT MY DAY IS LIKE ALL THESE GREAT RECIPES....I HOPE THAT YOU GUYS LOOK INTO IT AS WELL. ITS THE BEST WAY TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.
